Everything you need to know about earning, tracking, converting, and withdrawing your affiliate commissions.
Commission Processing Schedule
Our team processes all eligible commission payouts every Monday.
Please note that payouts may be delayed during public holidays or special circumstances.
Convert Your Commission into Store Points
If you prefer shopping at Barweer, you can convert your available commission into Barweer Store Points.
How to Convert
- Log in to your Barweer account.
- Go to My Account.
- Click Make Money.
- Select Redeem for Points.
- Click Convert Now.
Your available commission will then be converted into store points automatically.
Conversion Rate
Current conversion rate:
$1 ≈ 102 Store Points
(Approximately ¥1 = 15 Points.)
Since exchange rates fluctuate over time, the exact conversion rate may vary slightly.
Commission Details
How can I check my commissions?
Simply log in to your account and navigate to:
My Account → Make Money
Here you can view:
- Pending Commission
- Current Balance
- Withdrawal History
How is my commission calculated?
Your commission equals 10% of the actual product payment.
The commission is calculated based on:
✅ Product payment after discounts
The following are not included:
- Shipping fees
- Taxes
- Handling fees
What's the difference between Pending Commission and Current Balance?
Pending Commission
Pending Commission represents the total commission generated through your affiliate link.
This includes commissions that:
- are still waiting to be released
- have already become available
- may already have been withdrawn
These commissions cannot be withdrawn until the qualifying order has been completed.
Current Balance
Current Balance is the amount that is currently available for withdrawal.
Once a commission moves into your Current Balance, you may either:
- Withdraw it via PayPal
- Convert it into Barweer Store Points
When Will My Pending Commission Become Available?
Commission is released only after the customer's order has been completed.
There are two ways this happens:
Option 1
The customer manually confirms receipt of the order.
Your commission becomes available shortly afterward.
Option 2
If the customer does not confirm receipt, Barweer will automatically mark eligible orders as Received approximately 60 days after shipment.
This automatic process takes place on the first day of each month.
Example:
An order shipped in July will normally be confirmed automatically on September 1, making the commission available for withdrawal.
How Do I Withdraw My Commission?
Once your commission appears in your Current Balance, follow these steps:
- Go to My Account → Make Money → Withdraw
- Enter:
- Withdrawal Amount
- PayPal Email Address
- PayPal Account Name
- Submit your request.
Eligible withdrawals are processed every Monday.
Please allow additional processing time during holidays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I convert only part of my commission into points?
Currently, clicking Convert Now will convert all available commission into Barweer Store Points.
Which is better: PayPal withdrawal or Store Points?
That depends on how you plan to use your earnings.
- Choose PayPal if you'd like to receive cash.
- Choose Store Points if you plan to purchase more products from Barweer.
Why hasn't my commission been released yet?
Your commission remains pending until the related order has been completed.
If the customer does not manually confirm receipt, the system will automatically release eligible commissions after approximately 60 days.
When are withdrawals processed?
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed every Monday.
